Race not open after buy [ Edited ]

Hello i buy in cartel shop a coins to get race, after i buy it open the race i back to character creation but this race are blocked for my account wtf?!?!?!

P.s. i delete character were i buy it becose want save the name, and i not sub right now becose just want run main story with my friend for dark side

It should be possible, send an email to support@swtor.com , provide your swtor username and explain how you bought the unlock and didn't realize the unlock was in the inventory before you deleted the character and if they can provide the unlock again.

it may take around 10 days for them to respond, let us know how you get on.

When the unlock is bought from the cartel market and claimed it transfers the unlock to that characters inventory, that unlock then needs to be consumed to apply it to that account.

I dont know about using on character Inventory, i think it applied after buy i dellet character there i buy becose i need nick, so i spend money for free with out race and i can get it back?
