RTX 3080 Crashing Randomly

Ever since I got my RTX 3080, I am just crashing at random times with random frequencies in between. I launch through Steam; there is no error code, there is just literally no reason displayed to me as to what happened. I am getting so tired of this happening, what is the CURRENT PROGRESS of the problem, are we clueless or do we have an idea? Hundreds of us need this fixed ASAP. I am tired of fighting a 1v2 and getting KICKED OFF because of something out of my control. Please understand where I'm coming from, I am literally playing the game and just get booted off for 0 reasons.
