hi all first time posting here, bought this game last week , game seems to randomly crash to desktop with no error message nor is there anything showing in the event viewer, i have debugged multiple crash dumps and the fault is the game itself. it has crashed a few times on cut scenes but 99% of the time its when im about to spawn in after dying. game can last anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours its completely random no pattern. i have updated gpu drivers updated windows repaired game multiple times performed a clean boot and system file checker multiple anti virus scans i have also played with various graphical settings. contacted support and resumed case lots of times but nothing seems too work i havent attatched a dxdiag as i sent multiple to ea support and everything looked fine they said but if anyone would want to see one i can provide one no problem PLEASE FIX EA

Which might point out to some issues with your operating system or your Windows account. I'm sure that some of those steps were probably already recommended by our support, but could you please try to do them all again, just to make sure that nothing was missed before.

• Update your operating system.
• Run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.
• Run the DISM tool.
• Run the System File Checker.
• Create a new admin account in Windows and try to launch the game there.

@EA_Ataashi update, managed to get 2 hours then crashed again when trying to re spawn, tried everything as suggested dont know what else to do

However, I'm afraid there's not much more that I can recommend pass this point 

The error, which I quoted in my previous post, is mostly caused by registry errors or unstable operating system. Can also point to memory leaks (either RAM, SSD or hardrive).

The steps which I offered should at least take care of the first two potential culprits. Since it's a local problem with the hardware or software and not with the game itself, there's not much more that we can do on our side. It's most likely a case for an IT specialist now

@EA_Ataashiits game problem you asked me about this month ago in my thread me and other people have the same issue since kamino cs update excatly the same random freeze then crash without error message all my other games works fine, benchmark works fine, no OC only problem is BF2 i tried month ago all your fixes and none of them help in kamino cs update there is mention about "Improved client memory usage to address out of memory crashes on all platforms." ironic because after this game started to random crash without errors

@EA_Ataashi I appreciate your reply mate, but all my scans on files come up as clear i have also cleaned my registry alot of times , as mentioned by the other.guy this dosent happen in any of my.other games just bf2 , it looks like many people are having this issue not just me i just want to be able to enjoy a session of this game without interuptions as it as a fantastic game i absolutely love it, when it works. Please look into it EA its not just me and i doubt we are all having memory leaks or registry issues. Thank you for your time its appreciated
