Quest broke ! A Traitor Amoung The Chiss

I have completed this #!@#!@ quests 2 times now solo flashpoint first time was my fault i left the quest area  But the second has me basically raging i beat the final boss and took the shuttle that appears and went straight back to the base with he quest UN finished  like really what i am spouse to do i cant feather my story with out going bast this point

Have you done the SOLO STORY version of the flashpoint, or just the SOLO version? Only the SOLO STORY version validates the quest and contains story-related cinematics that progress the story, the other one is just there to allow you to play through the flashpoint on your own as many times as you want.
