Not without adequate diagnostic support data, such as the wording of the particular error message referenced.
This guide applies to any game, NOT limited to just the DA: I game at all:

The R5s are all well below the original minimum HD 5750 Radeon, and the amended minimum HD 7730, and the CPU is quite slow.

If that is a desktop PC, you have the display attached to the wrong video port, which you will need to correct after replacing the CPU and GPU. Laptops do not accept those upgrades and must be replaced entirely.

So what you are saying is go buy a new graphics or go home?

It is a laptop, my new laptop

The relative newness of an ordinary computer has no bearing on its comparatively low performance capabilities. Game-capable laptops cost more than average PCs of any sort; desktop PCs with gaming performance are much more reasonably priced.

Try updating the drivers here:

Check these comparisons HD5500 vs M330 (edit: OP has 5500 no 4400)

Try forcing the AMD card to run PvZ2:GW.EXE:
http://help.ea.com/en/article/setting-up-a-graphics-card-gaming-profile/
You have menu options in Catalyst drivers for: "Switchable Graphics" or "Hybrid Graphics"
Make sure you are running in High-Performance mode for PvZ2.

The Intel drivers also have newer versions available.
If the AMD M330 isn't getting us anywhere.

Now try forcing the M330 again in Switchable Graphics.
No? Try forcing the Intel HD5500. Does the error message change when this is done?

Do not run anything in the background, especially overlay programs. Kill programs if need.

Once in the game (if you can), set every setting to the Lowest options // Off.
Reduce resolution.
If it's very choppy gameplay at this point, it probably won't play and you should play on a different computer or seek a refund if possible.
There are some further tweaks you can do but they won't have night/day impacts.
