PvZ BFN Extremely Laggy for no reason

PvZ BFN is so laggy for no reason. I bought the game a few weeks ago. played for a bit no problem. a few days ago I loaded up the game, and it was so laggy.  My system is well over the reccomended specs (ryzen 5 3600, rx570 (8gb), 16gb ddr4 @ 3200mhz). I have added a link to a video showing how bad it is (wouldnt let me attach it cos its too big). please help! I spent a lot of money on this game!

Can you try clearing Origin Cache and see if that helps?

You can also try closing any background applications that might be interfering with Origin:
