I also have a purchasing problem. I used the May the 4th announcement to go directly to the crystal purchases that offered a 25% bonus. I paid $99 for the crate of crystals, expecting the advertised 19,638 crystals. I only got the usual amount, 15,710. Refund the $99.99 or give the bonus crystals advertised. Shame.

 

After sending screen shots, etc. of the purchase, EA refuses to correct the issue, refused to credit the $99 or provide the bonus crystals advertised. They LIED and said I purchased the crystals before the offer.  I purchased the vault of crystals this morning...May the 4th.  

 

THIS GAME IS A RIP OFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WORSE THAN WORTHLESS.
