Purchasing in game credits [ Edited ]

I found a website called guy4game.com
It allows players to buy in game credits. But I didn't see an official offiliation with EA or star wars. I was wondering if it's allowed to buy these in-game credits? And if not their website is pretty easy to find

If you value your EA accounts don't  do that.

Generally is Credits/ Gold selling against any Games ToS.

I will avoid it I just wasn't sure if it was legitimate. Thank you!
