Purchases from Cartel market lost [ Edited ]

I made a purchase in the Cartel Market, i bought a hair pack and the togruta species, i claimed the items, i then deleted my old character which i just used to access the market, but when i went to go make a new character, none of the items were available, when i went back to the market it didn't show that they were purchased, but it still had taken all my cartel coins.

Items claimed from the market go to the inventory of that character, send an email to support@swtor.com and request if they can provide the items as you didn't realize needed to be used and deleted the character that has them
