Hi

 

Just to say finally got this sorted, although it did cost in the end.

 

Long story short, despite buying from Amazon UK (I'm in the UK) I originally had the US version of the game (had ESRB rating on the box rather than PEGI). Traded it in for a 2nd hand copy which had the PEGI rating on the box and all the DLC was there when it installed.
