Purchased subscription still preferred after more then 8 days

I purchased a 30 days sub from steam, nothing happened, tried calling for 2 days, could not get in contact with them, email support with the screenshots they are asking for, stil no response from them, asked on the forum no response.

Now im just looking for a refund, how do i get my money back?

Support cannot see any email sent from the email address that is on the swtor account , has it been sent from some other email ? 

It may be best to send the information via the email on the swtor account, let me know its sent and i can check they can see the email at their end

Yes i have sent 2 email and they are from the same account that the swtor account is

send it again and i'll check tomorrow if it has turned up, otherwise you may need to send from a different email , send me that email in DM (will need to space the email or the bot will remove it ) and can check if they see that email
