Purchased subscription but still preferred status

I tried to buy the 30 day sub, but I keep getting the error, so after like 4 trays I tried the 60 day and I got the error but then I got the pay in my account history and the money got taken from my bank. I log in to the game and I don’t have the subscription active.

Your account status is fixed now , if logged in presently on swtor you will need to log out and back in
