Purchased Apex coins but NEVER got them in game

So yesterday I bought 1k apex coins and didn’t get them added to my account to 10 mins later I bought them again thinking that I may have not purchased them the first time around. I still didn’t get any coins for this second purchase... so there goes $20 that was charged to my bank. Today I purchased the Octane Edition DLC and I got everything from the pack except the 1k apex coins you get from purchasing the pack... is there any way I could get these 3k coins added to my account?

If you're still not seeing those coins please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to look into missing content here on Answers HQ.
