I had $10 left in my Amazon gift card so I decided to purchase a 1,000 Apex Coin to purchase Wattson. I bought the instant access apex coin so it made me link my Origin account to Apex that way it'll transfer the funds over immediately. It never did. I opened up Apex to check and it's still haven't added my 1,000 coins. I contacted EA support on Twitter and they told me to either wait a day for the transaction to come or contact Amazon support. I waited a day, The coins never came and I just got off with Amazon Support. They told me that Amazon only provides the code they get from the devs so they can't do anything even with all the information and that I should go ask EA support again. So now I'm in a slump. I don't know what else to do. I feel cheated out of my money. After publishing this post I will contact EA support again for help a second time. If anyone can give me some tips on how to get help then I would greatly appreciate it.
