I just purchased the $9.99 Juhani pack. I received an email from Google Play showing that my purchase was approved. However, i have not received my purchase.

I tried restoring purchases in settings.

I've closed the game and restarted it.

I've also restarted my phone.

But still nothing.

 

I have attached my Google Play receipt.

 

My ally code is 489-964-511

Hey, I checked your account and confirmed the purchase went through correctly. You currently have a 3* Juhani (obtained from her Marquee event) and an additional 30 shards to promote her to 4*. These additional 30 shards were from the bundle you purchased on 12/03/2018.
