Purchase failed on turbos and superchargers PC [ Edited ]

Hello, I've been having an issue to when I try to purchase a new turbo/supercharger it says "purchase failed". I had the money and the rep to do so but it wont let me buy them. Also, This does not happen when I put a turbo or supercharger one from my inventory, but its hard to get items in your inventory when you can't buy new ones. Any suggestions?
