Ps4 to ps5 data loss

Alright, so when I switched to ps5 and downloaded NSF, I also downloaded my old save data from ps4, which was in my ps online storage, but it still made me restart, then at some point, my ps5 save data auto uploaded and overrid the old save data, so now I can't even get that back
