Ps4 - Have to reload game everytime i return to lobby

Ever since halfway through season 5 everytime i go back to the lobby after a game i have to exit game completely and reload in to be able to ready up.. thought new season update would fix it, but it hasnt and its becoming beyond a joke.. I have factory reset, rebuilt my whole ps4 database, redownloaded it three times and it still happens.. any suggestions?
