Ps4 Error code crashes app every few games

The CE-34878-0 Ps4 error code still crashes my game in late July 2019 after every game or two.  I am forced to reset my app after every game due to this crash and havent found a solution yet.  I love the game and wish that this didnt exist.  If anyone has a solution let me know thank you.

Have you tried the solution from Sony regarding that error message?

Do you have Boost Mode enabled on your PS4 and/or tried a power cycle lately?

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

I found that my main account crashed every 2 games but my othe account doesn't crash at all on the same consoles  it makes no sense to me but i can only play Apex on my second account
