Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Have you also tried restoring the licenses in your PS4 settings, and doing a hard reset on your PS4?
I'm surprised a reinstall didn't work for you as well.
Maybe try getting in contact with EA Support via Live Chat and see if there's more in-depth steps that you can take to resolve this.
