Rank dowgraded issue

@TommyAE same exact thing happened to me and I've tried restarting my console uninstalling the game, no clue what to do

Thank God it's not only me!

Yup this exact thing welcomed me,
Soon S I booted up da Game this evening,
S well.

Asked sum friends who were Playing,
At the time,
N well,
None of the 2 Players I asked,
Recognized the issue I did explained.

PS4-Pro:
Latest Game-Update + System-Update.
Restarted the Game + System - No luck.
Restored the Game-License - But nope.
Re-Downloaded yesterday's Save-File,
Via PS-Plus + Restored it...
...Which strangely showed the correct LVL,
For the first Character-Screen AKA Assault-Class,
For like 1-Sec before switching back to 69 again.
So?
I guess that's a sign of at least something.
All Star-Card's still unlocked + Slotted tho.
All Skins + Credits + Skill-Point's is still working.
The Armoury-Collection - Un-Touched.
All Mile-Stone's all good S well,
Excerpt from I'm now being Rewarded,
Or rather: "Re-Rewarded" with all of 'em,
Again...
...At least via the Pop-Up's anyways,
Haven't checked if the Credits still counting tho.

Logged onto my account today, and all my heroes have lost levels. Each hero has been downgraded to level 37l. Yesterday my levels were okay. Example Luke was 175.

Please help

Hello!

I have the same problems. I started to play today for 3XP and all of my levels are mostly under 40 on all units. Only 4 trooper class and 1 or 2 epic charakter are higher but far away from that was normal. The credits are around 3,6 million, that is normal for me.

1. Maybe a hacker attack?

2. Maybe other profils are mixed up?

Well, why are levels still in the game? Who needs this carrot of level to play SWBF2? With levels a lot rage quit if they see you and your team has high levels. Most players think about not working balacing, but there is none.

The levels are not needed!! Take them out!

Troopers all are on 69 with me. Heroes and villains all on 37. Special trooper class on 21 now.

Same thing here, I hopped on about 30 minutes ago and my heroes levels were reset to 37 and infantry to 69, no idea what’s going on but it’s pretty annoying. Hopefully there will be a work around soon.

I called EA help and they said they are looking into it so it should be fixed sometime

Hi there!

I went to play Battlefront 2 this evening (PS4) and I found all my characters were de-ranked. Last week everything was ok. All my basic troops are now level 69 or lower (my Heavy was level 983, for example). The same happens with my heroes (level 37 max), vehicles (level 25 max) and reinforcements (level 25 max).

I don't know if it's a network issue, I don't know if there's anything at all you might try to help me, I don't know if waiting would help. I'm very upset, honestly. That's a lot of hours wasted for no reason.

I need answers, thanks in advance and greetings.

Same issue here. Heroes back to level 37, basic troops to level 69, etc.

I hope we get answers soon. My Heavy was lvl 987 and now he's lvl 69. So sad...
