Maybe they are collecting the information first off all. I don't think to change all levels manual is that intensive. For me they can put all levels on maxed out, because, as I told before, I hate leveling or ranking systems. If I am maxed out, I cannot level anymore and thats what I prefer.

I  guess they collect first and then change it.

I think EA will let us know, how it's going on. I don't think they will be silent on this.

There is nothing else than waiting now.

Summarize your bug My ranks all went down dramatically. This bug looks common for the BTLFRT 2 community. I dont know why it just happened one day when I logged on

My Kylo Ren was 600+ he’s now 40

Luke Skywalker was 544, now he’s 41

Bossk was 200+, now he’s 45

Rey was 200+, now she’s 47

Etc.

Etc. 

Etc.................

I’ve been playing this game for 3 years and this is really disappointing. I was working towards MAX Kylo Ren!!!

I’ve chatted with EA help desk and tried everything they told me to no avail.  Is there anyone who can truly help me?

I saw another post in this forum where it was a syncing issue and there was no fixing it. 

Seriously, I’ve invested too much time into this game to be let down like this.  Please help.

I’m having the same problem and I’m on the PS4. This glitch was never fixed.

This happened to me two weeks ago made me stop playing the game because I was so annoyed. How are we suppose to even get help since EA just abandoned the game when it’s clearly not “completed”. There are some serious bugs and glitches that need to be fixed.

Spoke to EA tech support yesterday who just said the studio is aware of the issue and it's still under investigation 

No more information than that
