Because some here are legit long time players who play every day and just know all the levels of their heroes, class etc. Others are just wild guessing to just get something back i'm assuming. Me, i just came back to the game like almost 2 weeks ago and 3 days later lost everything only remember the very high heroes i had that's about it. I hope they can fix it but i doubt they will be able to help everyone. Ps: I don't think there is real way to know exact levels except if you like played everyday and somehow remember.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs on any large outdoor map.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ground does not render correctly. Textures appear doubled or muddy.

Ground not rendering correctly on PC. Here is a pic of what I mean https://i.imgur.com/HxLhwAV.png .  I found this only happens when the game is installed on my hard drive (E: Game drive) and not on my SSD (C: System/OS drive). This is really distracting and I don't want to install on my SSD cause of the install size. I am on max settings with DX11.

Same issue as many others ; I lost all my heros and soldiers levels higher than 37...

My gametag is Kaorou6467 and I play on Xbox.

I did my best to remember all my levels, but in case of doubts, I indicate the lower bound (and not taking into account the levels won since the bug...).

Can you please fix that and restore my real levels ?

Palpatine: was 50 is 37

Iden Versio: was 27 is 27

* indicates a 37 level after the bug, but I played with those heroes and their levels went up.

All classes were reset to 69.

All heroes were reset to 37.

All vehicles were reset to 21.

Assault - Max

Heavy - Max

Officer - I think around 650

Specialist - Around 245

No idea on any of my hero's, special units, or vehicles, except Maul, which I believe was at 125. I only know that I had everything(hero's/special units/vehicles) at least at 71 (gold star).

One thing of note: I do notice that when I use the Windows key to minimize the game, so I can get to the desktop, it has a new icon on the desktop titled "remote.jpg"  but only when I'm playing.  Not sure if that helps, but thank you for looking into this issue.

So it looks like everyone who experienced this issue has lost their levels for good, I hate to say it but it's hard to say that EA will restore these levels, mostly because not every account that was affected by it reported the issue so it is damn near impossible because if they fix the glitch now, and someone reports it in the future again, they'll have to keep fixing it. RIP my levels ig...

@GrandmasterCal Im so sad about this. Mine is just completely reset. Lost every progression. All my hard work. Even skins gone. But I can still see my trophies on my ps4 account. Btw sorry for the tag. It didnt work with the normal reply🙈
