Progress lost

I just bought a new PS4 because my old one broke and I installed Nfs. On my old system I was lvl 50 and had a bunch of cars, and I know that nfs backs up online, so all of my things should have appeared in my garage. When I opened the game all my progress is gone, lvl 1, and all my cars are gone. not sure how to fix this
