Problems with subscription

Hi, I`ve made 2 payments for a 60-day subscription - one on 25.05.2020 and another one on 26.05.2020 from 2 different cards. 

There was an error message for the first payment that`s why I`ve made the second on the next day with a different card. Finally, both payments were accepted and pointed as closed in my payment history but my in-game status is still "preferred player " 

My game account name is Arronaxbg, so please have a look at that issue. I could provide the invoices numbers if needed.

I have the exact same problem. My account name is alextrollz. i payed for sub with one card and it took the payment but the website and ingame say im prefered still... its been 5 days.

Swtor CS have refunded the 2 purchases made whilst the account was disabled, good news is they see the account is good now, so if you purchase again now it will work as intended
