Well that is cool. Because I cannot open a ticket in game as Free Play status.

They were less than helpful unfortunately. They kept saying I created a new account, despite evidence to the contrary!

That is not the case , people can use support@swtor.com , the issue is that account issues involving money are "only" handled by phone so you are welcome to email them , wait 5 days for the response that says please call.

Spent 90 minutes on the phone with Customer Support, and finally solved the problem.

@Konachibi it is truly ironic that Prefered players, cannot open a ticket in game. I wholeheartedly support EA's decision to only handle monetary issues over the phone. It is about the only secure way to do transactions, other than face-to-face 100 x

I have subscribed swtor for a month 3 days ago however my account still shows that it is preffered status. I checked my bank account and it has been paid for 14.99 $. When i checked my swtor account cartel coins granted to my account which is weird. I send mail to support swtor but no one replied yet. I wonder how to solve this problem.
