Greetings, I have the same Problem as many in his thread, ordered a Sub but Payment Status won't Change from open to closed. It says I have 29 days Sub remaining but my Status ingame is still prefered, help please? (The Checkmark on the Website is not changing either for some reason)

Your issue has been sent to the studio for further investigation, there is no need to do anything else at this point, will advise if this advice changes.

Forgive me if I sound rude with this question as it is not my intention but is there a reason my problem is taking several hours to solve while people with the same problem seem to get it solved in a few minutes, again it is not meant to be rude I am just curious if there is some error with my account that makes it harder to solve?

Put simply the quick solution failed on your account , so it needed to be investigated by the studio as to why it failed.
edit - There is also some delay as the studio that does the investigation is in Austin Texas and it is just on 8:30am so people are just turning up to work.
