I finally could re subscribe after two weeks of problems with changing card details but now my Subscription has not activated.

I'm having that exact same issue, i have an old account and there i can only buy the 180 day subscription but get the same error on everything else, on my current account i get the message on everything, even redeeming game time

I am having this same issue. I didn't even realize it, but I have had a subscription since April, but my account has been on "preferred" status this entire time. That's kind of crumby. Account name is Kivalto.

You should be a subscriber in game now, give swtor cs a call to arrange a refund for the 4 months that was missed, this will not be an issue for them to refund.

Hello there, i bought yesterday from amazon a 90 day pass and tried to redeem the code. I got this message: The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later.
I tried it this morning, Sunday 08/11/19 again and I'm getting the same message. I even called the CS yesterday and sadly i could barely understand the person who was trying to help me. In the SWTOR forum the Dev's said the problem was fixed as of Friday 08/09/19. The problem is not fixed.
I hope my code is still good and the fixing of the problem don't take to long.

The error your getting is due to an issue with the ea/origin account that is linked to that swtor account, it is likley not the EA account your posting from currently.
If the linked EA/Origin account is banned for example this would cause the issue you are getting on that swtor account.

I never had this problem before and i can login into my account on SWTOR and i can login into the game as well. i don't had a mail ore any kind of information that my account us banned or some other issue with it.
i have only one account.

an issue with the associated ea origin account will only affect billing as your experiencing
If you call swtor cs they can confirm the issue is with the associated ea/origin account and once you have the details of that account you can approach EA support to see if it can be sorted.
It is likely an EA Origin account you didn't know you have as it was likely auto created per this guide link
