Problems with Subscription

Hi, I have a problem with my subscription plan.

 

I subscribed today at  (16:48 local time / Netherlands), the payment is showing in my bank account, the subscription tab on SWTOR.com is saying "You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining" but in game I'm still Preferred Status and it's also not 'tick' at "My Account" tab.

 

My Username: johnjonkonl

I had a look and I was able to get your sub status activated. You should see it in-game when you relog Standard smile

I purchased my account at 2:59 PM CDT today(4/5/2019) and it still shows a preferred status in game. I would really appreciate some help!
