Problems with Star Wars Battlefront 2 DLC

Recently the Star Wars Battlefront 2 DLC has came out and today I went on my PS4 on Star Wars battlefront 2 and I saw some free crates I opened all the crates and at the top it said as a reward I would get Finn and Captain Phasama and additional maps. I go to my collectables and they’re nowhere to be seen there is no additional story mode, challenges, heroes, maps and vehicles. What’s going on!

You should have received them. Finn and Phasma should be unlocked already and they don't even require being bought. Try checking if your game updated at all and if it didn't, trying manually prompting an update.
