I was wrongfully banned from apex legends 2 weeks ago, and I'm really struggling with the support site. I'm not sure the emails I'm sending through the "contact ea" page are even going through, because when I try to view the case information, it just sends me to contact option again. I have been trying to contact ea directly through live chat or even phone number, but for the past 2 weeks, I have not seen either of those options show up on the contact options. I'm signed in, and I have my country selected. Can someone please help me get a hold of EA so I can finally get this sorted out?
