Aye, this thread problem seems similar to mine, character projected inside the floor, weird textures lines (dunno if falling / getting stuck at some places is present as well).

The only thing I can pick from the dxdiag is the video card is doing an Analog conversion due to the way you have the monitor connected

Does the monitor have a DVI connection ? this is a preferred way and will actually provide a crisper display image over the HD15 connection your using.

Whether that has any bearing on the display issue is unknown, but if you can connected with DVI then it is preferred over a analog connection

Edit The LG 2043 appears to have both

Connect D-sub(Analog signal) Cable <---- how you are currently connected

Connect DVI-D(Digital signal) Cable <----- best way to connect

Found some more glitches: on star map planet icons are not shown, but can be hovered as usually and selected.

Also, after creating a new char (or trying to log on created lvl1 char) the loading progress gets stuck at approximately 90+% and star wars narrating text after creating char isn't shown at half of loading as usually (dunno if that content was cut from game).

Tried clean reinstall and downgrade of graphic drivers, but to no avail.

This might sound silly does your windows currency show as

$1.000,00 instead of $ 1,000.00

Humor me on this, there is a reason

Press the Windows key and select settings

Go into Time and language, select region and language on the left

Click additional date, time & regional settings

Under region click the link for change date, time and number formats

Click additional settings at the bottom

Click either reset , or ensure . is decimal symbol and , is digit grouping symbol

Want currency to display as $ 1,000.00

Strange as it seems, that solved the issue.

After changing those chars game is fully operational - no more textures mess and new chars load up correctly.

Welcome Mate,

I didn't realise it was possible to get into the game with this issue

For some reason changing the currency settings throws the game out

What gave it away was the 90% load you mentioned.
