I can not subscribe. Checking card is going already a week. The money was taken from her and not yet returned. How long must I wait for the end of the test?

Are you referring to the 1.00 test transaction.  That should be only an authorization for a test.  If you haven't gotten the test back, call your bank to see if they can release it.  If they cannot, you will need to call customer service as per their contact info here.
