Problem with add augment slot mk-10

Hello like a title i have problem but on one character only , on other add augment slot work fine.

Step 1: Open workbrench

Step 2 : Click RMB on item which i want augment 

Step 2: Click on Add Augment Slot

Step 3: Auto chooice is augment kit mk-10 this i want and after click but augment slot and nothing work 

I try buy other item and this same augment slot doesn't add 

On purple eq i have information " this will permanently bind < eq name > to you. Proceed ?   and i click yes and doesn't work

Can anyone help me ?

heya @JeffNox  I dont see an augment kit in your inventory on that screenshot.

Can you make sure that when you want to add the augmentation slot to have the augment kit in your inventory as the game cant pull it from your cargo or legacy bay.

Just to confirm doing the same exact process on another character works fine?  If so then it sounds like it could be a bug and what I would do is email support@swtor.com with the following information:

Character name

Server

Provide as much detail as possible as to what is happening with that character that your not experiencing with your other characters so they can look into it.

On other charcter this modification work fine but on this one not working.

Then you have to write a ticket in the game (if you're a subscriber) or like @Belgorad said, send an email to support @ swtor.com (without space).
