Hello,
I recently bought a 90-Day Subscription Code from Amazon, but when I tried putting in the code I received on the SWTOR website it told me the code had already been used, even though I tried redeeming the code about 30 seconds after finalising the order on Amazon. I've checked and my account doesn't have an active subscription so I'm rather unsure of how to proceed.

You are likely best to call swtor cs so they can look at what has occurred with that code and why

Not for this type of issue unfortunately, if you have a friend that can communicate better they can talk on your behalf providing you are there to provide the answers for account security/verification purposes so they can look at your account.
