Is this going to be fixed any time soon? We are getting so tired of the total disrespect from EA!

Either treat us and the game mode with some respect and fix it when it breaks, or kill the game mode and put us out of our misery. We are paying customers! Many of us buy this game solely for Pro Clubs and solely to play in competitive 11v11 leagues, and bugs like this make the game quite literally unplayable. We all know that if this was Ultimate Team it would have been fixed same day!

Are there any updates for the Pro Club community? Since more than 3 weeks, it is impossible to play any matchmaking games. This problem is still permanent, and the entire player base don’t know how they can do regular training sessions under the week. Friendly matches are currently the only possible way to do some matches, but it takes a lot of time, effort, and organization to make friendly matches possible with other Pro Club teams. Not everyone got the time and the endurance to keep this up until the next game.

A lot of people put so much effort to make the pro club modus more attractive, accessible, and popular like the Pro League did for years. Give us at least an update about the current progress even it is minor thing. Can you give us any advice what we can try out to fix the problem or any other ways to increase the awareness of the problem? Thank you.

- Where exactly is the fail of matchmaking happening? 
- How is the flow from going into Pro Clubs up to the point where you are not able to play?

Could you provide us a video from issue start to the point where the issue occurs and fails to let you play?

There are multiple problems about the matchmaking system. Here are a few.

1. Issues before the regular matchmaking process: This problem targets pro club teams with 9-11 players in the lineup, looking for a regular league match. Sometimes, we receive an error message that we can’t find any opponents (not sure this happens because most pro club teams don’t even try to look for a regular match, because it is not working and doing friendly matches instead)
2.  Issues during the regular matchmaking process: After the system found a match, 2-3 players were Immediately kicked out for no reason, and these players returned to the lobby. Sometimes, the game starts without them, or the game decided to shut down the match for both teams. If the game decided to start the game, there is always one team who lost at least 2-3 players during the matchmaking process while the other team can play with their full lineup. The missing players were filled with bots or with their individual Pros.  
3. Issues during the friendly matchmaking process: Even though it is way more stable compared to the regular matchmaking process, the problem also affects friendly matchmaking. Some players notice input lags and bad connection during the game.

Probably there are more issues or problems around the matchmaking process, but I think I described the problem accurate enough to work with it.
