Prime rewards are pending for 10 days

Hi, it seems like many people experienced this issue in the past also. I connected my amazon prime and ea accounts. Also tried connecting them with incognito browsers. Although everything seems okay, I can't get my rewards. This is how my linked accounts look like:

And when I try to use the link button for Amazon on EA's page, I always end up at this page:

Any ideas? 

BTW I'm using prime gaming for years, this is the first time I'm having troubles getting a loot, so I'm fairly sure that there is nothing wrong with the Amazon's side.

I can't get prime gaming loots. In my collection page. It says Prime loots are pending. It only happens in EA games. I've already linked my ea account to amazon. I had this problem before. I sent a mail by starting a case on EA Help and the problem was solved, but now when I press start a new Case, it throws me to the EA Help home page.

In Turkish "beklemede" means pending, "gönderildi" means delivered.

Yeah, EA's help pages are a joke, it keeps sending me back to the FAQ section, and I can't start a new case in any way. I have spent literally hours to be able to start a case. BTW I'm also Turkish, which makes me think that if it is something related to Amazon Turkey or something regional.

BTW, it is also impossible to find the help email for EA games now. Could you please tell me the email that you have contacted?

wow, "We no longer monitor this email address and want to make sure you get the help you need." it is impossible to reach EA obviously.
