Prime loot when playing Apex Legends on Steam

I have just made a Prime account only for the new Revenant skin, i have linked it with EA and actually did claim it in game. But its not showing up at all, my suspicions beings that its caused by me playing the game over Steam. Does anyone have a solution?

I'm having the same issue on my PS4. My accounts are linked, and I've received them in the past. Both the most recent Valkyrie and Revenant skins don't show up. Someone help?

I'm having this same issue and my steam account is linked, I have lost out on valkery, revenant, and fuse skins and don't want to redeem the new bundle without this issue being solved

HI, I have same problem too. before i claimed prime loot with origin. after linking my steam account i did not receive my prime loot. please help.

@zikeal25 Same here, hope they solve soon and we don't lose what we claim
