Prestige mode wont work PS4

So I'm pretty sad right now because I'm one of those ultra rare cases where the prestige mode will not unlock.

Can't ea/ghost get one last update rolled out to fix the bug so that when you complete the entire story You're given the objective to re-complete all your races, and then as soon as the stars have been checked off and are replaced by green ticks, you get a call or something and boom. Prestige mode.

I hate that I need to restart my journey guys seriously.

Both links are for pc. We are not looking for PC we are looking for a fix on the PS4
