Preorder wont download

ok i waited for 6 months to play this preordered game yet when the day comes there isnt even a download option like WTF 

EA you need to fix this your lucky i was willing ot wait 6 months and preorder a game im pissed i cant though because THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD OPTION

i was not able to preload as well but for some reason when i turned loaded orgins the only option i had was uninstall is it possible its already preloaded?

It can't automatically download it requires first time permission to download a game and I have same issue
