Preorder Bug

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Cannot buy any game anywhere.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? qwe
What happens when the bug occurs? qwe
Please select your region Other
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

I am trying to preorder Battlefield 1 but I get stuck on the "Review Order" tab which is blank and I can only click X for close.

 

Attached file for graphic issue.

 

I cannot buy any game on origin or internet origin.

@RedNofT Hi, in a case like this the best way forward is to have this looked into by an agent. They can check your account and see why it's working on one and not the other.

Do you have a credit card connected to your origin? If not that might be it,
If you do have a credit card connected make sure its activated for internet pruchases.
Try re-install origin

I got a bug on ps4 where it said i had pre-ordered but no money was taken from my account, so i had to cancel my pre order and then buy again.
So try see if u can cancel the pre order in anyway and then pre order again

I am buying with paysafecard but it doesnt matter i cannot apply any payment options cos i cant get there

I create new account and on that account its possible to buy soo it must be something wrong with my main Origin account.

 

EA look into this please.
