Premium Festival pass - got all prizes, but no simoleons

I purchased the premium priced pass, however I think both passes had the same simcash and simoleon reward. I got the simcash but my simoleon total didn’t change.

can you confirm, it was a 20,000 simoleon reward for purchasing either pass, right?

Hi, prizes unlock and can be claimed as you move forward on the prize track. With the Festival pass Simoleon rewards will total over 20K Simoleons if the player finishes the whole prize track. So, there shouldn’t be currency received as you buy the pass but as you unlock and claim the currency prizes. 

Have you claimed all the unlocked prizes?
