Premium Festival Pass stopped unlocking premium rewards

Hi there,
I purchased a Premium Festival Pass a few hours after the current Festival started. It worked as expected up until level 14, but for level 15 and beyond, the Premium Pass rewards won't unlock. They continue to have a lock on their icon, and tapping them just prompts me to buy a Premium Festival Pass. My pass is now in the low 20s for level and I haven't been able to claim any of the premium rewards since Level 14. The freebie rewards are unlocking just fine.
