Hi guys
In the last few months i always see in the top right corener the prediction error icon.
I was trying everything to solve this problem but nothing helped. I am hoping that one of you guys will see this and come out with a solution cuz I am starting to lose my mind playing this game.
Every time when I am trying to shot someone or moving faster my game just freezes and shows me the prediction error in the top right corner.
This icon started to show up all of a sudden and making my game experience horrible even though before my game worked perfectly and very smooth.
I really hope that one of you will come out with a solution.
(Im trying to solve this from january)

Hi @Dolha21,
Thank you!
Looking at the Diagnostics section I noticed there was an error for Microsoft Visual studio. When you have the chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if it is able to identify any issues? That might help if the lag is happening because of a missing or corrupted system file.
You can find more details on how to run the tool at the Microsoft Support website. Let me know if you're still having any issues with Apex Legends afterward. Thanks!

Hey @Dolha21,
Let's take a look and see if we can help get this fixed. What sort of troubleshooting have you already tried so far? Also, which platform are you playing on?

So far i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game many times, i also tried to check and repair the files, tried to change or delete files, checked the internet connection, but nothing worked.
I am playing on PC and the other games run perfectly.

Hi @Dolha21,
Thanks for following up!
Have you had the chance to try changing the DNS in Windows to see if that helps? I've seen some cases in the past where using a different DNS has made a difference.
You can change the DNS in Windows through the TCP/IP Settings. If you select the Manual option it will allow you to enter a DNS of your choosing. You can find more information on how to access the TCP/IP Settings over at the Microsoft Support website. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you'd rather use instead that's OK as well.
Please let me know how it goes once you've had the chance to give this a try. Thanks again!

Hey @Dolha21,
I appreciate you giving that a shot as well.
When you have the chance would you mind running a UOTrace? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we might be able to see it.
You can find more information on how to run the test over at the EA Help website. Look for the section on that article titled How to run UOTrace. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message.
Thanks!

Hey @Dolha21,
I'm really sorry about the late response on this.
I took a look at the UOTrace you sent, and it looks pretty good. I didn't see any measurable packet loss, and the ping stays in a pretty good range throughout. Where are you located, if you don't mind me asking? Also, does this happen with every datacenter? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes any difference?
