Prediction Error whenever i get hit or receive damage

i get prediction error whenever i get hit or receive damage. this causes me to freeze and receive double damage during fights,i have attached one clip but i have tone of such clips, pls fix this. i already went through all the docs about prediction error and followed all the steps but still no fix.
i play in singapore servers. 10700KF 3070. pls reach out to me if any further data needed.
