Hello. Can you help me with the premium on the BF Companion app? I have the Premium Pass but i don't have to content on my phone. (Game is not downloaded and launched yet) 

How can i fix it?

Yes, I would suggest downloading the game and Premium Pass if you have not done so already.

Once you've done that, the Content should show up in the Companion App for you.

Let us know if you're able to see the Content once you've fully downloaded the Game.

Hey @pmamirka,

Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.

The only content that you should be able to see for the Expansions on the Companion App is the Weapons and the Premium Pass Dog Tags.

I'm not completely sure what content you're looking for though.

Could you please specify?

I can't see my premium dog tags, weapons and premium emblems.

Are you signed into the correct account on the Companion App, that has the Premium Pass?

I signed into mine, and didn't have an issue seeing this Content.

Yes, it's my account. It say that I have premium on the game "poster", but I don't have it's content. How can I send a screenshot?

I'm not sure what kind of phone you are using, so I wouldn't be able to tell you how to take a screenshot.

Have you tried accessing this Content on your Desktop Computer or Laptop, on the Companion site?

It thinks that I don't have a P. Pass, but when it redirect my to Origin, it says that I have it. What is that? Maybe i need to fully download the game?
