@AmosFudge exactly, this is the point. I payed extra money to get my stuff and if the pack is titled "OTW Player Pack", I'm obvs gonna open it because there was no message for me. Also, the description says otherwise apparently, which totally contradicts what they had titled the pack. "It is illegal for a business to engage in conduct that misleads or deceives or is likely to mislead or deceive consumers or other businesses. This law applies even if you did not intend to mislead or deceive anyone or no one has suffered any loss or damage as a result of your conduct" - Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Very true this, mistakes can happen and I’m sure they’ve got the message loud and clear from the fan base. I was opening two player packs like a mad man and opened it, but as stated above they’ll likely resolve this issue. I know it’s frustrating and all that but getting upset tonight won’t change it. I’m sure they’ll respond tomorrow with a update, sleep tight y’all it’s just a game don’t let it get to you.

I still held on to the pack, i think everyone should get an extra OTW pack for week 2.

Same problem here, I opened the pack by mistake, because I thought that I would have my OTW player immediately.

 
EA have to reset this packs !
