Hello, I have pre-ordered Battlefront 2 Deluxe Edition and it says that the pre-order has failed. But then I look at my billing history and it still says processing. Is there anyway to fix this so I can download the game and play?

I need some help here with a technical error. I ordered Battlefront 2 and it needed from me to pay it by credit card, I put it in and it wont do anything. In my Origin it tells me that my Pre-Order Failed and when i look at my Order History, it shows processing. What can i do, please help! Anyone.

My game library says that the "pre-order failed" and it won't even let me launch the game. I bought the elite trooper deluxe edition.
