Potential fix for some of the fps problems. Having a CPU that is significantly above the min requirements, and a video card that is 15% better then the min requirements, this adjustments made 8 FPS-. about 35.

1) Right click your game icon- Properties- Comparability- disable full screen optimization, and turn on run game as if Windows 8- +10 FPS
2) Ctrl + Alt +Delete, Jedi Fallen order- Right click- Properties- Game Resources- Real time
3) Disable gamebar
4) Close Origin
