To add on, I was able to connect this morning at 10am EST. Now at 5:25pm EST I am not able to connect. It is sporadic

Which mode were you in?: HUT
What were you doing just before it occurred?: Played Rocket League before launching the game but we opened our free packs before starting the game (daily challenge)
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100%, but we were able to play in pre-release 2 days ago. We had to do some cleaning in the persistent storage and the Mac address to make it work though.
Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number? Same error code as the other users.

5. Started Xbox up, loaded into my game.
Whenever I try to start my game the error I get is profile failed to load. And I cannot do anything with my game. If I continue without saving through all of the startup and I try to play in a mode it perpetually loads.

Did someone know if we gonna be able to play soon ? I hope EA gonna give us nhl points to apologize that !! It’s really frustrating when you pay 115$ and you can’t use !!

5. Installed the game. Subsequently, I have also tried to quit/close the game, as well as uninstall and reinstall the game; however, I received the same error.
6. 100% - haven't been able to play anything other than local play now
7. "Error - failed to retrieve data. Please try again later".
